Weather conditions
Normally the lessons take place whatever wheatear situation we have. You can only claim a refund for already booked lessons if the cable cars are not working which makes skiing impossible.
Validity
All tickets are personal and non-transferable! Courses which include 3 lessons and more shall be taken in a row. Exceptions can be arranged with the instructors. (i.e. small kids who cannot participate in the afternoon lessons.)
Minimum participants
Group lessons take place at a minimum number of three participants. If the group size of three is not achieved, groups of similar level can be combined. Other consequences may be shortage of the lesson time or the lesson will be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds can only be paid if an accident or sickness occurs. If something like that happens you should bring a doctor’s note.
Liability
The Ski and Snowboard School Zweisimmen denies all liability for accidents that happen during the lesson.
Assurance
All participants of ski school shall have assurance.
