The general terms and conditions described below apply to all our offers.
Classes take place in all weathers. If the mountain railways have to cease operations due to weather conditions or if safety is not guaranteed due to exceptional snow or weather conditions, lessons will take place at Lernpark Zweisimmen, on another alternative slope, or will be cancelled. In this case, there is no right to a refund.
All types of tickets are personal and not transferable! If there are three lessons or more, the lessons must be redeemed one after the other.
Group lessons are carried out with a minimum number of participants of three people. If the group size is not reached, groups of similar strengths can be combined, lesson time reduced or the course cancelled.
Reimbursement will only be made in the event of an accident or illness upon presentation of a medical certificate. In the event of late arrival or early cancellation of lessons, there is no right to a refund or to make up for the missed time.
Liability is neither assumed for accidents during lessons nor for their consequences by the ski and snowboard school.
Insurance is the responsibility of course participants!
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the course, otherwise the full rate will be charged.
